I use Brad Callen’s software, Keyword Elite to analyse niches as to their potential profitability, and then I use it to find keyword phrases within that niche that I know I can rank for to bring in plenty of free traffic.
Keyword Elite returns hundreds of search phrases for any given niche in minutes. And for each phrase it returns, you also get data on the number of competing pages and on how profitable the phrase is likely to be. Having this data at your fingertips makes my job a lot easier.
