I’ve been taking Zumba classes now for approximately the last six months. I in no way put much thought into my shoes. I’ve been grooving around within the same pair of shoes from the 1st day. Actually that is not accurate. I had been dancing around in these shoes for almost certainly half a year prior to that too during my aerobics class. I took good care of those shoes and only donned them for dance class. The underside of the footwear in no way touched anything apart from the hardwood of a dance floor.
What I didn’t realize was these shoes were actually incredibly used up and harming my feet. Hurting may not be the best term. By the end of a exercise routine my feet were fatigued and they were spent. All I wanted to do was keep off my feet and place them up on the ottoman following a zumba class.
Going through the shoes now I understand the signs of a broken down pair of shoes. Indications to consider before they begin to tire out my feet. I was thinking these were indications of a well broken in pair of zumba shoes. Turns out I really could not have been more wrong. The shoes were well beyond broken in and were simply broken.
I purchased a couple of completely new zumba dance costumes and two pairs of zumba shoes for my feet. The theory is possessing a couple of sets of shoes might help them to each last much longer and that they will keep my hip and legs from getting tired by becoming used to a solitary pair of shoes. My workout routines are better now and I have the energy I need after zumba class to stay on my feet.
